Meals are freshly made in our own factory on Long Island, New York, flash frozen, and shipped by UPS to the contiguous United States. ## How it works

2. Pick one-time or a weekly or biweekly subscription. Subscribers save 20% and can skip, swap or cancel at [/account](https://superveggie.delivery/account).
3. Orders ship Monday by UPS, freshly made and flash frozen, to the contiguous US. Meals keep up to 6 months in the freezer; once thawed, eat within 3 days.
4. Heat Super Veggie on the stovetop or microwave; eat the puddings thawed.
