Common questions
When and how do I get paid?
Monthly, via Stripe direct to your bank. Commissions are held 30 days (refund window) before they become payable. A W-9 is required before your first payout. Minimum balance to trigger a payout: $50.
How do I know my referrals are being tracked?
Your dashboard shows every click, conversion, and pending commission in real time. You can verify a referral landed by checking within 24 hours of a share.
Can I promote on multiple platforms?
Yes — one account, one link, works across YouTube, newsletters, podcasts, Instagram, wherever your audience lives.
My audience has some international followers. Is that a problem?
No. We only require that your primary audience is US-based since we ship within the US. International viewers who click your link just won't be able to complete a purchase.

Can I order a sample before promoting?
Yes — active partners can request a sample at a discount. We'd rather you eat it first.
What's the minimum audience size?
No hard floor. We've approved newsletters with a few hundred engaged subscribers and declined larger channels whose audiences weren't a fit. Relevance matters more than reach.
Is this real cash or store credit?
Real cash, via Stripe Connect direct to your bank. No store credit, no gift cards.
