Super Veggie Delivery
Super Veggie Delivery

Using AI to get to 100 subscribers for my meal delivery company.

We make blended longevity meals in our own factory, and AI agents run the business day to day. Our biggest struggle is the same one every small company has: marketing. So we run the experiments in public, with the revenue camera on, and publish what happens, including the failures.

We build both Super Veggie Delivery and Bisque, the AI system the agents run on, so this series is also how we show Bisque working on real stakes.

What we publish, and what we never will.

Every figure comes from our order database or our monthly bank-statement review, and each episode names its sources. We publish aggregates: revenue, order counts, unit economics, channel results, and what the agents did.

Some things stay private permanently, no matter how the numbers look: anything about individual customers, individual pay, supplier and carrier terms, and raw food-safety data. Our subscriber base is small enough that "anonymized" customer detail would still point at real people, so it stays out entirely.
