Black/venus rice with zucchini and shrimp

Cook rice. Separately cook zucchini, tomatoes, shrimp. Combine with Parmesan, saffron, and oil.

Ingredients

  • black/venus rice 40g
  • zucchini 250g
  • cherry tomatoes 150g
  • shrimp 60g
  • parmesan 5g
  • saffron 4g
  • olive oil 25mL

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice following the package instructions.
  2. In a separate pan, cook the zucchini, tomatoes, and shrimp in water.
  3. Drain and mix them with the cooked rice, stirring in the Parmesan cheese, saffron, and olive oil.
  4. Season with parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
