Black/venus rice with zucchini and shrimp
Cook rice. Separately cook zucchini, tomatoes, shrimp. Combine with Parmesan, saffron, and oil.

Ingredients
- black/venus rice 40g
- zucchini 250g
- cherry tomatoes 150g
- shrimp 60g
- parmesan 5g
- saffron 4g
- olive oil 25mL
Instructions
- Cook the rice following the package instructions.
- In a separate pan, cook the zucchini, tomatoes, and shrimp in water.
- Drain and mix them with the cooked rice, stirring in the Parmesan cheese, saffron, and olive oil.
- Season with parsley and salt and pepper to taste.
