  • pine nuts 9g
  • olive oil 12mL
  • sun-dried tomatoes 150g
  • basil
  • brown bread 40g

Instructions

  1. Boil the escarole.
  2. Drain and allow it to cool slightly.
  3. Add the olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and basil.
