Garbanzo bean minestrone with pasta
Boil vegetables and soaked garbanzo beans. Add pasta when tender. Drain, add oil and Parmesan.

Ingredients
- mixed vegetables 250g
- garbanzo beans 150g
- pasta 40g
- olive oil 25mL
- parmesan 5g
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add salt, the mixed vegetables, and soaked garbanzo beans.
- When the vegetables are tender, add the pasta.
- When pasta is cooked, drain and add the olive oil.
- Serve the soup sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
