Ingredients

  • garbanzo beans 150g
  • onion 1 medium
  • olive oil 25mL
  • spinach 200g
  • lemon juice
  • garbanzo bean bread 60g

Instructions

  1. Season the garbanzo beans with the onion, olive oil, and salt and pepper.
  2. Boil the spinach separately in salted water.
  3. Add the spinach to the seasoned garbanzo beans, adding more oil and lemon juice as needed.
  4. Serve with garbanzo bean bread.
