Ingredients
- Yukon Gold potatoes
- Swiss chard
- unsweetened soy milk
- white miso paste
- Roasted Garlic
- Savory Spice Blend 2.0
- pippali
Instructions
- Boil potatoes ~20 min until tender. Steam chard 3–4 min; drain and press dry.
- Blend warm soy milk with miso paste.
- Drain potatoes; mash with miso mixture, Roasted Garlic, Savory Spice Blend 2.0, and pippali.
- Fold in chard. Serve hot.
