Ingredients

  • Yukon Gold potatoes
  • Swiss chard
  • unsweetened soy milk
  • white miso paste
  • Roasted Garlic
  • Savory Spice Blend 2.0
  • pippali

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes ~20 min until tender. Steam chard 3–4 min; drain and press dry.
  2. Blend warm soy milk with miso paste.
  3. Drain potatoes; mash with miso mixture, Roasted Garlic, Savory Spice Blend 2.0, and pippali.
  4. Fold in chard. Serve hot.
