Ingredients
- broccoli florets
- frozen green peas
- avocado
- red onion
- white miso paste
- lemon or lime juice
- jalapeno
- cilantro
Instructions
- Steam broccoli and peas 6–8 min until tender; rinse with cold water to stop cooking and drain.
- Purée cooled vegetables in a food processor until smooth.
- Add avocado flesh, red onion, miso, and lemon juice; pulse or process to preferred texture.
- Transfer to a bowl, mix in jalapeño and cilantro if desired. Best eaten same day.
