Grilled Vegetable Skewers with Umami Sauce
Grilled vegetable skewers. Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients
- yellow bell pepper
- zucchini
- button or cremini mushrooms
- shallots
- cherry tomatoes
- onion powder
- pippali
- Umami Sauce 2.0
Instructions
- Thread the bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, shallots, and tomatoes onto eight wooden* or metal skewers, then arrange them in a shallow baking dish.
- Sprinkle with onion powder and pippali.
- Preheat a grill.
- Place the skewered vegetables on a grill rack directly over the heat source.
- Grill until the vegetables are browned and tender, turning once halfway through, grilling for 10 to 15 minutes total.
- Transfer the skewers to a platter and drizzle them with Umami Sauce 2.0.
- Serve hot.
