Ingredients

  • yellow bell pepper
  • zucchini
  • button or cremini mushrooms
  • shallots
  • cherry tomatoes
  • onion powder
  • pippali
  • Umami Sauce 2.0

Instructions

  1. Thread the bell pepper, zucchini, mushrooms, shallots, and tomatoes onto eight wooden* or metal skewers, then arrange them in a shallow baking dish.
  2. Sprinkle with onion powder and pippali.
  3. Preheat a grill.
  4. Place the skewered vegetables on a grill rack directly over the heat source.
  5. Grill until the vegetables are browned and tender, turning once halfway through, grilling for 10 to 15 minutes total.
  6. Transfer the skewers to a platter and drizzle them with Umami Sauce 2.0.
  7. Serve hot.
