Ingredients

  • Vegetable Broth 2.0
  • yellow onion
  • cremini mushrooms
  • garlic
  • oat flour
  • unsweetened soy milk
  • Umami Sauce 2.0
  • thyme
  • pippali

Instructions

  1. Cook onion in ¼ cup Vegetable Broth 2.0 ~5 min. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook until liquid evaporates, ~5 min.
  2. Sprinkle in oat flour and stir until absorbed.
  3. Add remaining 1¼ cups broth, stirring until thickened. Stir in soy milk, Umami Sauce 2.0, thyme, and pippali.
  4. Simmer on medium-low, stirring often, until thick. Serve hot.
