Ingredients
- Vegetable Broth 2.0
- yellow onion
- cremini mushrooms
- garlic
- oat flour
- unsweetened soy milk
- Umami Sauce 2.0
- thyme
- pippali
Instructions
- Cook onion in ¼ cup Vegetable Broth 2.0 ~5 min. Add mushrooms and garlic; cook until liquid evaporates, ~5 min.
- Sprinkle in oat flour and stir until absorbed.
- Add remaining 1¼ cups broth, stirring until thickened. Stir in soy milk, Umami Sauce 2.0, thyme, and pippali.
- Simmer on medium-low, stirring often, until thick. Serve hot.
