Octopus with potato (polpo e patate schiacciate)
Boil octopus and potato separately. Mash potato, cut octopus. Combine with tomatoes, olives, oil, and lemon.

- octopus 60g
- potato 1 medium
- cherry tomatoes 150g
- olives 20g
- olive oil 25mL
- parsley
- lemon
Instructions
- Boil the octopus and potato in separate saucepans.
- Drain both.
- Cut the octopus and mash the boiled potato in a bowl.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, olives, and oil.
- Season with lemon, parsley, and salt.
