Pasta and lentil soup (pasta e lenticchie)

Boil soaked lentils with potato, carrot, tomato, garlic, rosemary. Add pasta. Cook and add olive oil.

Ingredients

  • lentils 150g
  • potato 1 medium
  • carrot 1 medium
  • tomato 1 medium
  • garlic
  • rosemary
  • pasta 40g
  • olive oil 25mL

Instructions

  1. Boil the soaked lentils in a large pot of salted water with the potato, carrot, tomato, garlic, and rosemary.
  2. When the lentils are tender, add the pasta.
  3. When pasta is cooked, stir, and let the water evaporate until the soup reaches the desired consistency.
  4. Turn fire off, and add olive oil.
