Pasta e vaianeia (Molochio recipe)
Traditional Molochio recipe. Boil beans, then add vegetables in stages. Add pasta last, finish with oil.

Ingredients
- navy beans 150g
- green beans 150g
- carrots 2 medium
- potato 1 medium
- zucchini 150g
- tomato 1 large
- garlic
- basil
- pasta 40g
- olive oil 25mL
- parmesan 5g
Instructions
- Bring water to boil in a large pan.
- Add salt and the soaked navy beans.
- When the beans are tender, add the cut green beans and carrots.
- Boil the mixture for 30 minutes, then add the potato and boil for another 15 minutes.
- Add the zucchini and boil for 5 minutes.
- Add the whole tomato, boil it until tender, then smash it and remove its skin from the pot.
- Add the garlic, basil, and pasta.
- When pasta is cooked, add the olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until evenly mixed and heated through.
