Boil beans, broccoli, and pasta together. Drain and toss with olive oil, garlic, hot pepper, and Parmesan.

Ingredients

  • black beans 150g
  • broccoli 200g
  • whole grain pasta 40g
  • olive oil 25mL
  • garlic
  • hot pepper
  • parmesan cheese 5g

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of water to boil.
  2. Add salt, the black beans, broccoli, and pasta.
  3. Cook until the pasta is ready.
  4. Drain and toss with the olive oil, garlic, hot pepper, and Parmesan cheese.
