Ingredients

  • pizza crust 100g
  • sardines and anchovies 90g
  • cherry tomatoes 80g
  • artichokes 50g
  • mushrooms 100g
  • spinach 100g
  • pepper 100g
  • olives 20g
  • olive oil 25g

Instructions

  1. Top your ready-made pizza crust with the fish, all the vegetables, and the olives.
  2. Season with oil, salt and pepper, and any herbs and spices you prefer.
  3. Bake according to the instructions on the crust package.
  4. You can also try different combinations of vegetables and fish, but remember that anchovies and sardines are rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
