Ingredients

  • Umami Sauce 2.0

  • date sugar or Date Syrup 2.0
  • white miso paste

Instructions

  1. Toss cabbage, carrot, scallions, and cilantro in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk lime juice, Umami Sauce 2.0, 1 tbsp water, garlic, date sugar, miso, and Thai chile (if using).
