Ingredients

  • purple sweet potatoes
  • oat flour
  • white miso paste
  • coriander
  • onion powder
  • black cumin
  • pippali
  • unsweetened soy milk

Instructions

  1. Steam purple sweet potatoes ~20 min until tender; cool 10 min and mash.
  2. Mix in flour, miso, coriander, onion powder, black cumin, and pippali (add soy milk by the tsp if too dry).
  3. Form into 1-inch balls, place on a parchment-lined sheet, and bake at 375°F ~8 min per side until lightly golden.
