Ingredients
- purple sweet potatoes
- oat flour
- white miso paste
- coriander
- onion powder
- black cumin
- pippali
- unsweetened soy milk
Instructions
- Steam purple sweet potatoes ~20 min until tender; cool 10 min and mash.
- Mix in flour, miso, coriander, onion powder, black cumin, and pippali (add soy milk by the tsp if too dry).
- Form into 1-inch balls, place on a parchment-lined sheet, and bake at 375°F ~8 min per side until lightly golden.
