Ingredients

- apple cider vinegar
- lemon juice

Instructions
- Shred peeled broccoli stalks (food processor or by hand into matchsticks).
- Toss with carrot, cabbage, scallion, sunflower seeds, and drained barberries.
- Blend all dressing ingredients except parsley and dill until smooth; stir herbs in by hand.
- Dress the slaw, toss well, and rest 15–20 min before serving.
