Ingredients

  • broccoli
  • carrot
  • purple cabbage
  • scallion
  • sunflower seeds
  • dried barberries
  • apple cider vinegar
  • lemon juice
  • red onion
  • almond butter
  • Savory Spice Blend 2.0
  • nutritional yeast
  • white miso paste
  • date sugar
  • parsley
  • dill

Instructions

  1. Shred peeled broccoli stalks (food processor or by hand into matchsticks).
  2. Toss with carrot, cabbage, scallion, sunflower seeds, and drained barberries.
  3. Blend all dressing ingredients except parsley and dill until smooth; stir herbs in by hand.
  4. Dress the slaw, toss well, and rest 15–20 min before serving.
