Spaghetti with clams and mussels

Cook seafood with garlic, tomato, parsley, wine. Combine with boiled spaghetti and oil.

Ingredients

  • clams and mussels 60g
  • garlic
  • tomato
  • parsley
  • white cooking wine 40mL
  • spaghetti 40g
  • olive oil 25mL

Instructions

  1. Cook the clams and mussels in a pan with water and the garlic, tomato, parsley, and cooking wine.
  2. In a separate pot, boil the spaghetti in salted water.
  3. Drain the pasta and place it in the pan with the cooked clams and mussels.
  4. While the pan is still hot, stir in the olive oil.
  5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve with fresh parsley.
