Tomato Salsa

Quick fresh salsa. Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients

  • plum tomatoes
  • red onion
  • jalapeno
  • apple cider vinegar
  • cilantro or parsley
  • white miso paste
  • pippali

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir well.
  2. Cover and let stand at room temperature for an hour before serving.
  3. If not using right away, cover and refrigerate until needed.
