Tomato Salsa
Quick fresh salsa. Makes 4 servings.

Ingredients
- plum tomatoes
- red onion
- jalapeno
- apple cider vinegar
- cilantro or parsley
- white miso paste
- pippali
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and stir well.
- Cover and let stand at room temperature for an hour before serving.
- If not using right away, cover and refrigerate until needed.
