Our rewards program is simple: buy meals, earn points, save money. Every dollar you spend gets you closer to your next discount, and sharing Super Veggie with friends earns you even more.

The basics:

  • Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend
  • Earn $40 in points when you refer a friend
  • Redeem points for $0.10 each (100 points = $10 off)
  • Track your points anytime in your account

Earn Points

Every time you place an order, you automatically earn points based on your purchase amount.

Example:

  • Order $50 worth of Super Veggie → Earn 50 points ($5 value)
  • Order $100 worth of meals → Earn 100 points ($10 value)
  • Order $200 worth of meals → Earn 200 points ($20 value)

Points are calculated on your subtotal before taxes, shipping, and any discounts are applied. You'll see exactly how many points you earned in your order confirmation.

👥 Referral Bonuses

Share the love and earn big! Our referral program rewards both you and your friends.

For new customers:

  • Sign up with a referral code → Get 400 points instantly ($40 value)
  • Use your points on your first order or save them for later

For referring customers:

  • Your friend makes their first purchase → You earn 400 points ($40 value)
  • Points become available after a 14-day verification period
  • No limit on how many friends you can refer!

How to refer:

  1. Go to your account page and find your unique referral code
  2. Share it with friends via text, email, or social media
  3. When they sign up and make their first purchase, you both earn points

Redemption Value

  • 1 point = $0.10
  • 10 points = $1 off
  • 100 points = $10 off
  • 400 points = $40 off

How to Redeem

  1. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout
  2. Look for the "Redeem Reward Points" section
  3. Enter how many points you want to use
  4. Your discount will be applied automatically

Important Rules

  • Minimum charge: At least $1 must be charged to your payment method (you can't use points to reduce your order to $0)
  • Maximum redemption: You can use points up to your order total minus $1
  • No cash value: Points can only be used for discounts, not exchanged for cash

Example:

  • Your order total: $45
  • You have: 300 points available ($30 value)
  • You can redeem: Up to 440 points to bring your total down to $1
  • After redemption: Pay $15 + get 15 points back from this purchase

Check your points anytime by visiting your account page or points history page.

You'll see:

  • Available Points: Ready to use right now
  • Pending Points: Referral points waiting for verification (14 days)
  • Lifetime Earned: Total points you've earned since joining
  • Lifetime Spent: Total points you've redeemed

Points History

Your points history shows every transaction:

  • Points earned from purchases
  • Referral bonuses received
  • Points redeemed at checkout
  • Any adjustments or expirations

Each entry includes the date, amount, and description so you always know where your points came from.

FAQs

Do points expire?

Points may expire 90 days after they're earned. We'll send you a reminder before any points are about to expire so you have time to use them.

What happens if I return an order?

If you earned points from a purchase:

  • The points will be deducted from your balance when the refund is processed
  • For partial refunds, points are adjusted proportionally

If you redeemed points on a purchase:

  • The redeemed points will be restored to your balance
  • You'll be able to use them again on future orders

Can I transfer points to someone else?

No, points are non-transferable and can only be used on the account that earned them.

Can I combine points with promo codes?

Yes! You can use both a promo code and reward points on the same order.

What if I have a negative balance?

If a refund causes your balance to go negative (because you already spent the points you earned), don't worry. Your balance will return to positive as you earn more points from future purchases.

Can I get cash for my points?

No, points have no cash value and can only be redeemed for discounts on Super Veggie orders.

How do I check my referral code?

Visit your account page to find your unique referral code and share it with friends.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

Nope! Earn as many points as you want through purchases and referrals. The more you order and share, the more you save.
