A smoothie combining fruit with leafy greens to make greens palatable and delicious. A great way to introduce greens into children's diets.

Ingredients
- water
- frozen banana
- frozen berries
- baby spinach
- fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Combine one cup of water, a frozen banana, a cup of frozen berries, and a cup of packed baby spinach (a two-to-one ratio of fruits to greens). Blend.
- Optionally add fresh mint leaves for a boost of flavor and even more greens.
