  • frozen banana

  • baby spinach
  • fresh mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Combine one cup of water, a frozen banana, a cup of frozen berries, and a cup of packed baby spinach (a two-to-one ratio of fruits to greens). Blend.
  2. Optionally add fresh mint leaves for a boost of flavor and even more greens.
