Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup raw whole almonds
  • 1 cup raw Brazil nuts
  • 1 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup goji berries
  • 0.5 tsp flaky sea salt
  • 0.5 cup dark (70% cacao) chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toss cashews, almonds, Brazil nuts, and pumpkin seeds with cinnamon, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup.
  2. Roast on parchment at 350°F 10 min until golden; cool completely.
  3. Stir in goji berries, sea salt, and chocolate. Keeps 2 months in fridge.
