Ingredients
- mango
- rice vinegar
- white miso paste
- red pepper flakes
- tempeh
- mushrooms

- red bell pepper
- scallions
- Umami Sauce 2.0
- avocado
- lemon juice
- Boston or butter lettuce
- carrot
- cilantro
Instructions
- Blend all sauce ingredients until smooth; set aside.
- Steam tempeh 15 min; chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Sauté tempeh, mushrooms, ginger, bell pepper, and scallions in 2 tbsp water ~2 min; add Umami Sauce 2.0 and cook 1 min more.
- Dice avocado and toss with lemon juice.
- Fill lettuce cups with tempeh mixture, avocado, carrot, cilantro, and Mango Sauce.
