Reishi Cacao Latte
A healthy hot chocolate with reishi mushroom powder and cacao. Reishi supports adrenal glands and cortisol response, and contains polysaccharides that reduce inflammation.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Homemade Nut Milk or other nondairy milk
- 1 tbsp raw unsweetened cacao powder
- 1 tsp reishi powder
- 0.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1-2 tsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Heat all the ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat, whisking vigorously to dissolve the powders as the milk comes up to a simmer. Remove from the heat and serve.
