Ingredients

  • 0.75 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 small beet, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 0.5 cup fresh or frozen blackberries
  • 1 (1-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 scoop protein powder

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender with 1 cup of ice and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
