Smoky Roasted Pepper and Walnut Dip
A vibrant red pepper dip with walnuts rich in omega-3 fatty acids for heart health and energy. Seasoned with cumin, paprika, and pomegranate molasses.

Ingredients
- 1 cup roasted red peppers from jar, drained
- 0.5 cup toasted walnut pieces
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- 0.5 tsp toasted cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
- 1 tbsp tomato puree
- 1 tsp Aleppo pepper flakes
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the red peppers, walnuts, almond flour, and cumin. Pulse a few times until the mixture is slightly blended. Add the olive oil, lemon juice, pomegranate molasses, tomato puree, Aleppo pepper, and paprika. Blend until smooth, then season with the salt.
- Transfer the dip to a bowl. Using the back of a spoon, smooth the top, then create swirls. Top with a drizzle of olive oil and the remaining chopped walnut pieces.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
