Ingredients

  • ripe bananas
  • almond butter
  • date sugar or date syrup 2.0
  • rolled oats
  • baking powder
  • pecans
  • goji berries

Instructions

  1. Blend banana, almond butter, date sugar, and 2 tbsp water in food processor.
  2. Pulse in oats, baking powder, pecans, and goji berries (add water if too dry).
  3. Press into a parchment-lined 8-inch square pan; top with pecan halves if desired.
  4. Bake at 350°F 15 min. Cool 15 min; cut into squares.
