Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 0.25 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 3 tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 0.25 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 0.25 cup lime juice
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 0.5 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 3 cups shredded white or purple cabbage
  • 1 zucchini, julienned
  • 1 large carrot, julienned
  • 6 radishes, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Seed mix: Combine all ingredients in a lidded container.
  2. Dressing: Whisk all dressing ingredients until smooth and well combined.
