Super-Matcha Smoothie
A matcha green tea smoothie with spinach, mango, and cashew butter. Matcha contains cancer-fighting antioxidants and L-theanine to reduce stress and boost defense enzymes.

Ingredients
- 1 cup macadamia nut milk
- 1 cup spinach leaves
- 0.75 cup frozen mango
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 0.5 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp cashew butter
- Pinch ground cardamom (optional)
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
