Ingredients

  • 1 cup sheep's milk yogurt
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 cup loosely packed fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp grated lemon zest
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • 2 tsp toasted cumin seeds
  • 0.5 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 0.5 tsp kosher salt
  • Pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk yogurt, olive oil, cilantro, parsley, lemon zest and juice, garlic, cumin seeds, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Store airtight in the fridge up to 5 days.
