Ingredients

  • 1 (13.5-oz) can full-fat unsweetened coconut milk
  • 0.5 cup nondairy milk
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze overnight. Keeps frozen up to 1 month.
  2. Run molds under hot water 1–2 min to release.
