Ingredients

  • 2 tsp matcha powder
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 4 tsp maple syrup
  • 0.5 cup lemon juice
  • Sparkling water (optional)

Instructions

  1. Whisk matcha powder into just-boiled water in a heatproof jug until fully dissolved. Refrigerate at least 30 min until chilled.
  2. Divide matcha among 4 glasses. Stir 1 tsp maple syrup and 2 tbsp lemon juice into each. Fill with ice and top with sparkling water if desired.
