Iced Matcha Lemonade
A refreshing iced matcha lemonade. Antioxidant-rich green tea pairs with tangy, slightly sweetened lemonade for a caffeinated summer alternative.

Ingredients
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 2 cups boiling water
- 4 tsp maple syrup
- 0.5 cup lemon juice
- Sparkling water (optional)
Instructions
- Place the matcha powder in a heatproof jug or bowl. While whisking, gradually pour in the just-boiled water and whisk until the matcha is fully dissolved. Refrigerate the matcha for at least 30 minutes, until chilled.
- Divide the matcha among four glasses. Add 1 teaspoon maple syrup and 2 tablespoons lemon juice to each glass, stirring to combine. Fill each glass with ice and top with sparkling water, if desired.
