Ingredients
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- 2 cups boiling water
- 4 tsp maple syrup
- 0.5 cup lemon juice
- Sparkling water (optional)
Instructions
- Whisk matcha powder into just-boiled water in a heatproof jug until fully dissolved. Refrigerate at least 30 min until chilled.
