Breakfast shake after 12-16 hour fast or within an hour of exercise; supports muscle synthesis, mitochondrial health, microbiome support, detoxification, hormone/adrenal support, and healthy aging

Ingredients
- 30g goat whey or 42g vegan plant-based protein with BCAAs
- 1 packet Mitopure (urolithin A from pomegranate)
- 5g creatine
- 9g Gut Food (probiotics, prebiotics, polyphenols)
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil or Brain Octane oil
- 1 teaspoon mushroom powder (reishi, chaga, lion's mane, cordyceps)
- 8-12 oz unsweetened macadamia milk or nut/seed milk
- 1 handful frozen berries
- Optional: Athletic Greens, pomegranate concentrate, cranberry concentrate, matcha powder
Instructions
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients.
- Blend until smooth; drink, and enjoy feeling more youthful.
