Ingredients

  • 30g goat whey or 42g vegan plant-based protein with BCAAs
  • 1 packet Mitopure (urolithin A from pomegranate)
  • 5g creatine
  • 9g Gut Food (probiotics, prebiotics, polyphenols)
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil or Brain Octane oil
  • 1 teaspoon mushroom powder (reishi, chaga, lion's mane, cordyceps)
  • 8-12 oz unsweetened macadamia milk or nut/seed milk
  • 1 handful frozen berries
  • Optional: Athletic Greens, pomegranate concentrate, cranberry concentrate, matcha powder

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Blend until smooth; drink, and enjoy feeling more youthful.
