Ingredients

  • 6 oz dark (70% cacao) chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 0.5 cup toasted coconut chips

Instructions

  1. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler (heatproof bowl over simmering water), stirring often. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  2. Drop quarter-sized portions onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top each with 3 blueberries and some coconut chips; drizzle a little chocolate over the berries. Chill at least 20 min.
  3. Store airtight in the fridge up to 2 weeks or freezer up to 3 months.
