Blueberry-Lavender Chia Jam

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen blueberries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 tsp dried lavender flowers
- 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Stir berries in a small pot over medium heat about 5 min until broken down.
- Remove from heat. Stir in chia seeds, lemon juice, and lavender. Add maple syrup to taste. Cool completely.
- Refrigerate in an airtight container at least 3 hr (overnight is best) before serving. Keeps in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
