Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5 tsp dried lavender flowers
  • 1-2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Stir berries in a small pot over medium heat about 5 min until broken down.
  2. Remove from heat. Stir in chia seeds, lemon juice, and lavender. Add maple syrup to taste. Cool completely.
  3. Refrigerate in an airtight container at least 3 hr (overnight is best) before serving. Keeps in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
