Instructions

  1. Boil Date Syrup 2.0 with ⅓ cup water; stir until blended. Cool.
  2. Stir in coffee; pour into a shallow baking dish.
  3. Cover and freeze several hours, scraping with a fork about once an hour.
  4. When firm, break up with a fork and store covered in freezer. Best within a few hours.
