Caesar Salad Dressing (Dr. Klaper)
A plant-based spin on Caesar dressing shared by Dr. Michael Klaper of the TrueNorth Health Center, built on almond meal, garlic, Dijon, nutritional yeast, white miso, and lemon juice so that Dr. Greger's daily Daily Dozen salad is drenched in whole-food flavor instead of anchovies and egg.
