Creamy Almond Masala Chai Latte

A creamy masala chai latte with macadamia milk, almond butter, and a warming spice blend of cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom. Masala chai supports digestion and heart health.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 0.25 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp ground cloves
  • 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp chai spice mix
  • 2 cups macadamia nut milk
  • 1 tbsp smooth almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. For the chai spice mix: Combine all the ingredients in an airtight container, mixing well.
  2. For the latte: In a blender, combine 1 tablespoon of the chai spice mix and the remaining latte ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour over ice or gently heat on the stove until simmering.
  3. Store the remaining chai spice mix in your pantry for up to 2 months for best flavor.
