Ingredients

- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp ground cardamom
- 0.25 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 0.25 tsp ground cloves
- 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp chai spice mix
- 2 cups macadamia nut milk
- 1 tbsp smooth almond butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Chai spice mix: Combine all ingredients in an airtight container and mix well.
- Latte: Blend 1 tbsp chai spice mix with remaining latte ingredients until smooth. Pour over ice or warm gently on the stove until simmering.
- Store remaining spice mix in the pantry up to 2 months for best flavor.
