Creamy Almond Masala Chai Latte
A creamy masala chai latte with macadamia milk, almond butter, and a warming spice blend of cinnamon, ginger, and cardamom. Masala chai supports digestion and heart health.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp ground cardamom
- 0.25 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 0.25 tsp ground cloves
- 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tbsp chai spice mix
- 2 cups macadamia nut milk
- 1 tbsp smooth almond butter
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- For the chai spice mix: Combine all the ingredients in an airtight container, mixing well.
- For the latte: In a blender, combine 1 tablespoon of the chai spice mix and the remaining latte ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour over ice or gently heat on the stove until simmering.
- Store the remaining chai spice mix in your pantry for up to 2 months for best flavor.
