Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground ginger
  • 2 tsp ground cardamom
  • 0.25 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp ground cloves
  • 0.25 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp chai spice mix
  • 2 cups macadamia nut milk
  • 1 tbsp smooth almond butter
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Chai spice mix: Combine all ingredients in an airtight container and mix well.
  2. Latte: Blend 1 tbsp chai spice mix with remaining latte ingredients until smooth. Pour over ice or warm gently on the stove until simmering.
  3. Store remaining spice mix in the pantry up to 2 months for best flavor.
