Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp hibiscus tea leaves
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp rosewater
  • Sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Steep hibiscus tea leaves in just-boiled water for 5 min, then strain into a pitcher. Stir in maple syrup and chill at least 45 min. Add lemon juice and rosewater.
  2. Fill glasses about one-third full with tea, add ice, top with sparkling water, and serve.
