Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp finely chopped raw pistachios
  • 1 tsp green nori flakes
  • 0.5 tsp finely grated lemon zest
  • 0.5 tsp flaky sea salt
  • 6 oz dark (70% cacao) chocolate
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Mix pistachios, nori flakes, lemon zest, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water (double boiler), stirring often. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
  4. Drop quarter-sized spoonfuls of chocolate onto the sheet and sprinkle each with the nori mixture. Repeat to make about 20 rounds. Chill at least 20 min. Store airtight in the fridge up to 2 weeks or freezer up to 3 months.
