Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped strawberries
  • 0.5 cup lime juice
  • 12 large fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener (optional)
  • Sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Divide chopped berries among 4 glasses. Add 2 tbsp lime juice and 2–3 torn basil leaves to each. Muddle until berries release their juices. Sweeten if desired.
  2. Fill with ice, top with sparkling water, garnish with extra basil, stir, and serve.
