Ingredients
- 1.5 cups fresh blackberries, chopped
- 0.5 cup fresh lime juice
- 12 large fresh mint leaves
- 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener (optional)
- Sparkling water
Instructions
- Divide chopped berries among 4 glasses. Add 2 tbsp lime juice and 2–3 torn mint leaves to each. Muddle until berries release their juices. Sweeten if desired.
- Fill with ice, top with sparkling water, garnish with extra mint, stir, and serve.
