Blackberry and Mint Refresher

A fresh blackberry and mint mocktail. Blackberries are rich in vitamins C and K and manganese for bone health and a strong immune system.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups fresh blackberries, chopped
  • 0.5 cup fresh lime juice
  • 12 large fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener (optional)
  • Sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Divide the chopped berries among four glasses. Add 2 tablespoons lime juice to each glass along with two or three roughly torn mint leaves. Using a cocktail muddler, pound the berries and the mint until they release all their juices. Add sweetener if desired.
  2. Fill each glass with ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with extra mint, stir, and enjoy.
