Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups fresh blackberries, chopped
  • 0.5 cup fresh lime juice
  • 12 large fresh mint leaves
  • 1 tsp monk fruit sweetener (optional)
  • Sparkling water

Instructions

  1. Divide chopped berries among 4 glasses. Add 2 tbsp lime juice and 2–3 torn mint leaves to each. Muddle until berries release their juices. Sweeten if desired.
  2. Fill with ice, top with sparkling water, garnish with extra mint, stir, and serve.
