Blackberry-Almond Butter Sauce
A blended sauce of blackberries, almond butter, and date syrup; pairs with the banana-walnut cake or oatmeal.

Ingredients
- fresh or frozen blackberries
- unsweetened soy milk
- almond butter
- date syrup 2.0
- fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and puree until smooth.
- Use it as is, or cover and refrigerate until needed.
- The sauce may thicken after sitting awhile, so stir it before using and add up to 1 additional tablespoon of soy milk to thin it, if desired.
