Nut Butter Protein Balls

High-protein energy bites with peanut butter, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and protein powder. Supports muscle building and hormone production.

Ingredients

  • 0.67 cup peanut butter (or other nut/seed butter)
  • 0.5 cup hulled hemp seeds
  • 5 tbsp unflavored whey or plant-based protein powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients. Blend until the mixture comes together when pressed between your fingers. Roll into about thirteen golf ball–sized balls.
  2. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 months.
