Nut Butter Protein Balls
High-protein energy bites with peanut butter, hemp seeds, chia seeds, and protein powder. Supports muscle building and hormone production.

Ingredients
- 0.67 cup peanut butter (or other nut/seed butter)
- 0.5 cup hulled hemp seeds
- 5 tbsp unflavored whey or plant-based protein powder
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine all the ingredients. Blend until the mixture comes together when pressed between your fingers. Roll into about thirteen golf ball–sized balls.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 months.
