Ingredients

  • 0.67 cup peanut butter (or other nut/seed butter)
  • 0.5 cup hulled hemp seeds
  • 5 tbsp unflavored whey or plant-based protein powder
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until the mixture holds when pressed. Roll into ~13 golf ball-sized balls.
  2. Keeps 2 months refrigerated.
